Delivery & Returns

All art prices include order handling, packaging and delivery.

We send out orders on the same or next day following your order, although at peak times the preparation of your order can take longer. Orders are dispatched around midday Monday to Friday and usually take 2-3 days to be delivered. All our art is carefully packed and delivered using Royal Mail and takes and it is fully insured and trackable. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for postal delays.

If you would like to upgrade to special delivery, please email connect@philipsurryart.com so we can advise on pricing as it depends on the item size and weight

Returning your art

We want you to be delighted and enjoy your piece of art from us but if are not satisfied with your item for whatever reason, we will happily process returns within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Once the item is returned and processed – a full refund will be issued for the value of the product. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. To return please email connect@philipsurryart.com and we will send you our returns information. Please note that we do not cover the returns postage.

We suggest that you use an insured and traceable postal service to ensure the package is not lost as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are not received by Royal Mail and request that you contact them directly. You will be responsible for the postage cost. Once the package is received we will refund you within 7 days.

Damaged Goods

We take great care in packing and making sure all our work is secure in bubble wrap and packed in a thick, sturdy cardboard box. In the event of damages please report it to us by email with photo evidence connect@philipsurryart.com for a replacement. We regret that we cannot replace original pieces of art so therefore you will be refunded.

Please include a telephone number on International orders, as either ourselves or Royal Mail may need to contact you.
