Where do I sign in?

Click on sign in, in the top right corner of the home page or on mobile go to the menu icon in the top right and scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up menu to choose “Sign In / Register”.

If you are a new customer

If you’re signing up for the first time then enter your email address and choose a password. When you’ve filled your basket, checkout and your order will be linked to your new account.

Place an order as a guest

You can check out as a guest without registering an account or signing in to your existing account. Once you’ve added your items to your shopping bag, select Your Bag and then Checkout, following the on-screen instructions if you are checking out as a guest, you won’t be able to track your order online and it won’t be linked to any account you have registered with us.

We accept all major credit cards such as American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and most debit cards with Mastercard/Visa logo.

We send out orders on the same or next day following your order, although at peak times the preparation of your order can take longer.

Orders are dispatched around midday Monday to Friday.

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or on bank holidays.

All our art is carefully packed and delivered using Royal Mail and it is fully insured and trackable. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for postal delays.

If you would like special delivery, please email so we can advise on pricing as it depends on the item size and weight. 

All our limited editions are printed on 420 gsm cotton canvas, using HP genuine pigment inks which guarantees a 100 year lifespan.

We work with highly experience framers to ensure that our artwork is beautifully framed. Each frame is finished in a pale colour and distinct grain making it a very versatile moulding for a wide range of finishes including hand gilding, coloured waxes, stain and painted finishes. Unframed limited editions and original canvas art are all assembled on wooden stretchers for a professional look.

We take great care in packing and making sure all our work is secure in bubble wrap and packed in a thick, sturdy cardboard box. In the event of damages please report it to us by email with photo evidence connect@philipsurryart.com for a replacement. We regret that we cannot replace original pieces of art so therefore you will be refunded.

Usually your parcel will take 2-3 working days to arrive at your door from the time of dispatch but due to Royal Mail experiencing extremely high volumes of parcel mail, and as such there are some delays to services across the country so please allow extra time for delivery. Your parcel is fully trackable and you can follow its journey to your home.

Depending on the stage your order is at it may not be possible to change your order. Please contact us urgently if you wish to change or cancel your order.

If we’re unable to cancel the order for you, as it has already been sent please return the unwanted item(s) following our returns procedure. You can find more information in our returns section.
