Spirit Walking Sunday 18th Sept 12:30pm – 4pm

£20.00

Spirit walking:

– Bring powerful guidance and answers for when you are stuck in life
– Help you to connect where language fails
– Help process trauma and difficult life experiences
– Create a lot of laughs and be very playful
– Help you to develop a deeper trust of your own inner intuition
– Enables you to go on fun adventure and see new places in a very different way
– Bring more mindful awareness to your environment and your own mindset

Spirit walking is a deep meditative practice that allows you to seek guidance from within your own subconscious and the environment around you.

Not only is this deeply powerful individually, it is also an awesome way to connect as a group.
I first came across the practice on a professional coaching course which I then expanded on and began to develop. It really is my ‘go to’ now.

I have used it during times where I have felt lost, stuck and needed answers and guidance; it has never failed me and has taken me on some life changing adventures
What to expect:

– Meet at 13 Moons Art School and connect through a group circle; to share and then centre our collective breath practice to bring us in union. Philip will prepare you for the afternoon with guidance.

– We will then draw at “random” a card with a location in Guernsey to Spirit Walk.

– Jump in the car! and go to the meeting point, with a guided meditation your host Philip Surry will then teach you to spirit walk

– When finished we will gather and take opportunity to collect notes, journal, create any abstract art (where language cannot express)

– Head back to the school to share, burn, let go and leave with value and lightness.

– You can also then join the 13 Moons Art School private facebook group to stay in touch and share and support one another on your journey.

Maximum of 13 spaces
optional cacao and blue lotus tea available

You will need: Journal and / or a sketch Pad – pens/ pencils – Water, suitable walking shoes / clothing (check weather), transport and a sense of humour!
